Dairy Farm :
Dairy farm is place where milking cows are fed and rested. This is the place where they spend most of their time. This area design is based upon a good air condition,manure cleaning,feeding easiness and comfort priortiy for animals.
Young Stock :
Young animals are kept here and fed. Since the feeding changes according to every animal group, the young animals need to have their groupped barns.
Maternity - Treatment Center :
This place is made for cows who will give birth and also for sick animals.
Open Areas for Walking :
Beside barn, this groupped open area is for animals walk around.
Calf Hutches :
To keep the calves together in closed hutches to other animals causes lung infections and diarrhoea. So they need to be fed and kept in seperately hutches. They are placed to far point of big animal barns and feeding is made out from mounted cups to these hutches.
Cow Mats :
The mats are made out of polyurethane or rubber and they are placed to ground in order to give clean and comfortable rest for animals.
Cubicle Dividers :
This units are used to have separate resting places for each animal. These units help also during grouping of animals, cleaning and movement of animals inside the barn. It constrains animals movement in order to prevent them from any disablings.
Trough Drinkers :
It provides hygienical water need for animals . Automatic filling system and foldable system gives easy usage and cleaning.
Cow Brush :
Cow Brushes start to operate with a sensor when an animal touch to the brush. It does not work when its not touched. Absolutely there is no any harm to animal. The brush removes dirtness and interferences and makes massage which relaxes the animal.
Feeder Fence :
Feeder locks are used for scheduled time and amounted feedings. It is locked within one arm and easly opened or closed.
Ventilation Fan :
The fans are placed inside of barn and aims to have natural air circulation. The fans put out the dirty air and they provide fresh & clean air which increases the milk efficiency.
Manure Systems :
The manure is collected with manure spreaders in to pit and after mixing it is separated as liquid and solid manure by seperators. Solid manure is stored in open area and periodically mixed by compost machines. About 50 days later it is packed and or used as organic manure . The liquid manure is delivered by tanks to fields and used as organic manure for farming with spraying and dropping methods.
Manure Spreader :
Manure spreaders are used for cleaning animal barns and storing of manure in the pits and they works with chain system.
Manure Pit :
The place where manure is collected by the manure spreaders.
Liquid Waste Pit :
The manure is collected and separated as liquid and solid manure after operations in seperators. The liquid manure tanks are used in farming after filtering in dropping irrigation system.
Silage Storage :
This is the area where silage- made out of corn which has quiet high feeding capacity - is stored and kept for one year period.
Hay Storage :
This is the depot where animal feeds are stored.
Milking Center :
This is the building where cows are milked. It has been build as parallel herringbone system or wheel system .
Dairy Herd Management :
It has been build as parallel herringbone system or wheel system . It is computer controlled and complete system with automotic milking group,vacum group,automatic cleaning group,stainless milk filtering group. It allows electronically follow up of breast health and furiousness.
Sürü Yönetim Sistemi :
Elektronik sürü yönetim sistemi ile; meme sağlığı ve kızgınlık takibi yapılabilmektedir.
Milk Cooling Tank :
The tanks where the milks are cooled and stored in received from milking unit by stainless steel pipes.
Safety Fence :
The fences which surrounds the farm land.
Management Building :
The building will be used for managing of farm. The building have management rooms, vetereniary rooms and social sections inside.
Feed Mixing Machine :
The vertical feed cutting, mixing and delivery machine operates by start of hydraulic system and PTO shaft of tractor. The machine mix different feeds (silage,hay, straw) in wagon homogenly and the feed is delivered from the hydraulic unloading doors. There is weighing system for dossing the materials. It provides fast,efficient and economic feeding solution.
Front Loader & Digger :
They are mounted to the tractor used on the farm. No neccesary to keep it mounted on tractor since it gives easy assembly or disassembly . It is used on farm for storing of feed, feed preperartion and manure loading and it brings advantage in time, work force and cost. The front bucket can be replaced with different purposed equipments.
